Bio : Born in a poor family of farmers, in a small village, which is why he never belonged to any ninja village. He is a wanderer ninja who likes his freedom and his fun, who never really obeyed anyone. He discoverred his own capacities with light when he was a child, playing alone around waterways. That was also there that he met a ninja who thus taught him basics for a few days, basics that he improved by working hard alone, in his free time. He helped his family at the farm, which eventually made so that he already had some muscles when he met the ninja. When he grew up, he didn't want to work at the farm anymore, and thus became a mercenary to get money to live. That's through this job that he met the Akatsuki.
Working with Akatsuki pays well so that he could quit his job as a mercenary to becoming a wanderer cooperating with Akatsuki. He knows Akatsuki's goals, and that the organization is using him, but they both gain by it. We can say their cooperation is an use of the other.

Personality : Playful, he likes his freedom, and even morals is seen as a barrier to reach this freedom. He makes people believe he's a nice old man for his attacks to be efficient in an easy way, to avoid any surprising defeat. This will of efficience through the easiest way can be also find in his attack strategy : He uses his Genjutsu to bring his enemy in a dream to have them let their guard down.

- Rank D -
- Aura : Control of chakra around him in a kind of slight aura to make others trust easily, or fear, depending of situations. It can also make disappear his presence.
- Metamorphosis.
- Permutation.
- Peace : Feeling of peace emaning from him to make others forgetting about attacking him.

- Rank C -
- Tourniquet blades : Turns on himself for a fast defense using 2 small bades.
- Game blades : He uses the blades to attack really fast in an imprevisible way. Technique generally used when the enemy is under genjutsu.
- Dazzle : Too much sunlight hurts the eye, the enemy can't see anything well.

- Rank B -
- Mirage : Objects and persons appear at a bit off place because of light's deviation by the air's layers. Can be used on his blades to make them seem disappeared, or somewhere else.
- Dream world : Illusion made the same way as Mirage but directed by his blades to put the opponent in a wonderful world supposed to make them forget everything else.

- Rank A -
- Blanket mirage : Light used on himself to make him totally look invisible, and also make his presence invisible.
- End of the dream : Illusion of a good memory/dream melting into something awful so that the gap may cause a big shock.

- Rank S -
- Dream come true : Everything (Most likely persons) possibly dear or traumatic to the enemy given true body by a kind of solidification of light. Their goal and will come from the light user, but what they can do, say, know, comes from the target him/herself. They thus will have to fight the person that affected their heart (Positive or negative way) the most.

No problem Ame, but you probably will want to use something better to share the pic. Whatever host you have used, it do not work anymore.

You should briefly explain what the jutsu do unless its a jutsu we all know already.

Weakness? I see at least 2 weaknesses in it : Of course, there'd be a time limit, and also if the character's enemy can overcome their own feellings, and still fight.

Those D rank jutsu seems quite powerful for a low level technique. You should imagine a kid using the technique when creating low level jutsu, yours seems of a higher level.
