Battle System
We need to develop one. I want to hear what you guys have in mind.
What I want is a battle system that rely on characters stats.
We need to discuss how the 5 main stats, ninjutsu,taijutsu,genjutsu,intelligence,speed and hand seal will affect the battle.
The damage calculation also need to be develop.
Each jutsu has specific damage. The character stats and the dice rolls will affect the damage inflicted on a target.
What do you guys think about this?
Player A attack Player B with Rasengan which will inflict 500 damage if it successfully land on the target.
Both players will role a dice. Depends on the result, the result will be different.
If Player B roll a dice and get a number 4 value higher than Player A then the attack will miss.
If Player A roll a dice and get a number 4 value higher than Player B then the attack will be supereffective as the damage is doubled.
If Player A roll a dice and get a number higher than Player B but not 4 value higher then the attack will hit.
If Player B roll a dice and get a number higher than Player A but not 4 value higher then the damage will be halved.
So luck is also important in a battle.

Example: Player A roll a dice to attack
The member 'ShadowMoon' has done the following action : Dices roll
'Attack' : 2
'Attack' : 2
Example: Player B roll a dice to defend
The member 'ShadowMoon' has done the following action : Dices roll
'Defense' : 4
'Defense' : 4

The result is to Player B favor. He roll a number higher than Player A but not 4 numbers higher so the damage will be halved.

So, how is the roll dice done again? Not sure if I completely get it.
Stats should be used to enhance your own dice, with specific stat(s) affecting specific actions(s).

My wording is a bit wrong there
Rolls higher than your opponent and your attack will land.
Rolls with result 4 value higher than your opponent then your attack will be double.
If you roll 6 and your opponent rolled 2 then the damage is double.
