The Yami Clan

Clan Name: Yami
History: The Yami Clan was ceated several hundres years ago, close to were the current Kumogakure is. At first the clan was very weak and they had to go away. Their weakness came from their KKG and they didn't know they had to keep their left eye away from light. After they discovered the source of the weakness they became stronger and were finally able to fight on paar with other clans. They moved on towards the current sunagakure and fought equally with the local clans.
After many decades of fighting they were one of the founding clans of Sunagakure. Unlike the other clans they didn't want to be the kazekage and instead became part of the ANBU. During the time of the 2nd Kazekage they were forbidden to be part of the ANBU because they were said to be too cruel. After the 2nd Kazekages death they were part of the ANBU again. After the 3rd Kazekage died some members wanted to find his murderer and after several years of investigating, some members of the Yami clan became members of Akatsuki
Hidden Village: Sunagakure
Special Traits: Black hair, they all wear masks
Power: Eyes of Hell and Heaven
-->Each member of the Yami Clan has 2 different eyes. The right eye is the Eye of Heaven/Light and the other one is the Eye of Hell/Darkness. With the Eye of Heaven the user can see muvh better during the day and with the Eye of Hell the user can see much better in the darkness. The eyes are always activated in "State 1" which gives the abilities of seeing better during the day/ in darkness. These abilities may seem a bit unfair, but the user is not able to see with both eyes at the same time because the eyes are very sensitive to darkness/ light. (The Eye of Hell hurts when there is light and the Eye of Heaven is simply blind.)
To make sure the right eye isn't exposed to light, the yami clan wears masks similiar to the one tobi wore.
The eyes also have a 2nd State that enables the user to use special jutsus exclusive to the yami clan. The abilities gained by the eyes depend on the user.
(Don't worry, the eyes won't have too strong abilities)

You will need to specify what kind of special jutsu that the 2nd state grants.

Rank: E-Rank
Description: The user is able to see perfectly in the darkness.
Requirement: Eye of Hell State 1
Weakness: The eye is really sensitive to light and has to be kept away from light (only very few light is ok). All state 2 jutsus don't work if the eye is blinded.
Jutsu Name: Heaven's Sight
Rank: E-Rank
Description: The user is able to see perfectly if there is light and the eye can't get blinded.
Requirement: Eye of Heaven State 1
Weakness: The eye is completly blind in the night (the user can still use State 2 Jutsus)
Jutsu Name: Hell's View
Rank: B-Rank
Description: The user can cast a genjutsu that creates an illusionary hell. Very good against people that are stupid or mentally unstable.
Requirement: Eye of Hell State 2
Weakness: Can only be used if it's dark. Not very effective against smart people.
Jutsu Name: Heaven's View
Rank: B-Rank
Description: A genjutsu that takes controll of an enemys genjutsu (only usable if the user is under a genjutsu). Once Heavens View is succesfull the user can walk around freely while the caster of the other genjutsu is still in his own genjutsu.
Requirement: Eye of Heaven State 2
Weakness: Can't "hurt" the opponent in any way, it only keeps the user safe from mental injuries (like tsukuyomi). If Heavens View is activated, a huge sun appears in the sky and the opponent easily realizes that his genjutsu was broken.
Jutsu Name: Cry of Heaven
Rank: A-Rank
Description: The user releases a shockwave of wind from his eye,that bursts the ground in it's path and it can break bones if the opponent is not prepared in any way
Requirement: Eye of Heaven State 2, Wind Release
Weakness: It takes some time to be activated. It's visible during the preparation time.
Jutsu Name: Cry of Hell
Rank: A-Rank
Description: The user releases a shockwave of wind from his eye. At the same time it creates a very loud and high sound. Once the sound reaches the opponents ear, he is under a genjutsu that makes him think the ground is bursting like Cry of Heaven.The loud sound also forces the opponent to hold their ears with their hands. Once the shockwave reaches the opponent, the 2nd genjutsu is activated. While under the genjutsu, the opponent can still use his jutsus but in reality he uses them in another direction, making them waste chakra and revealing their jutsus.
Requirement: Eye of Hell State 2, Wind Release
Weakness: The 2nd genjutsu can easily be blocked with a jutsu that stops the shockwave.
Jutsu Name: Heaven on Earth
Rank: S-Rank
Description: The strongest (normal) Jutsu of the Eye of Heaven (if someone has an elemental kkg and the eye of heaven he can create more powerful jutsus). The user first has to gather a huge amount of chakra in their hands and make sure he can channel new chakra quickly to the hands. The user then puts both flat hands on the ground and releases the chakra into the ground. The user shapes the released chakra. The wind chakra gets the form of a circle and forms around the user. The ring then gets bigger as it is shot away from the user. The closer the circle is to the user, the stronger it is. At the same time the user releases lightning that destroys the complete ground around him as the lightning goes up and down from the ground.
Requirement: Eye of Heaven State 2, Lightning Release, Wind Release
Weakness: Can be evaded if someone is in the air. The further away someone is from the user ,the easier it is to be blocked. The user has to be concentrated to use the jutsu.
Jutsu Name: Hell on Earth
Rank: S-Rank
Description: The strongest normal jutsu of the Eye of Hell. The user first has to gather a huge amount of chakra in their hands and make sure he can channel new chakra quickly to the hands. The user then puts both flat hands on the ground and releases the chakra into the ground. The user shapes the released chakra. The earth (chakra) is shaped into spikes that rise from the ground and first start to rise close to the user. The user also creates rings of fire around himself and shoots them in a similiar way to the wind in Heaven on Earth. As the fire flies above the spikes, they start to burn.
Requirement: Eye of Hell State 2, Earth Release, Fire Release
Weakness: Can be evaded if someone is in the air, but there is still the fire on the spikes. The further away someone is from the user ,the easier it is to be blocked. The user has to be concentrated to use the jutsu.
Jutsu Name: Hell Dragon
Rank: A-Rank
Description: The user can create Dragons that are made out of earth. Those dragons can shoot small fire balls or streams of fire from their mouth while they are moving around. (the maximum are 3 Dragons and 1 Dragon is stronger than 3 Dragons but 3 Dragons can attack from different directions)
Requirement: Eye of Hell State 2, Earth Release, Fire release
Weakness: The user can't move while controling the dragon(s).

Well, I can give a Yes as well.
Though it seems that a character can't have all abilities connected to the Eye of Hell, as in here https://narutoaw.forumotion.com/t31-upgrade-shop it's said that you can add only 2 Elements to a character, which means 2 basic elements for KKG users. So remember that you will have to make wise choices.
