BTW: what about Yuki Clan and Kaguya Clan, especially Kimimaro? And as Orochimaru have never lost his hand against Itachi, he never started to change bodies, right? Or not?

Well, those clan still exist but they aren't as big as other clan like the Nara,Uchiha,Hyuuga and etc..

Who knows, the longer Oro stay in Konoha, the more time he have to observe how uber Itachi is and make him crave for him even more. Sounds so wrong.

So Oro might try to steal Itachi's body even when they aren't in Akatsuki.

Well, I think whether Itachi has MS or not doesn't matter. Oro start having interest in the Sharigan when he sees Itachi's training when he was young.

I think that Orochimaru would manage to gain Sage Mode with his original body, so let's say that he never had to change his body. Cursed Seals were only to empower some of his minions.

Better to drop this part of the plot. This was one of the more horrible of Orochimaru's ideas. Especially that the Rinnegan hypothesis was most likely one of the reasons why Orochimaru wanted Sharingan so badly.

Anyway, we should discuss the plot that is closer to our characters before talking about characters that our characters won't probably encounter anytime soon.

It could mean many things, Sasuke should be at least slightly stronger than his Original Part 1 self cuz he will be like having time with Itachi.

So as for the plot it would be like the Orignals and Made by us are connected and you already know what I mean, it has some of the original content but its mixed with our made content of the plot.

Well, Sasuke would have the same start - already capable to use Katon, only Academy times would be different: not being a silent type, maybe a bit more socializing and making friends, maybe not as popular and cool.

Same with Naruto: no Kyuubi = better chakra control, still big Stamina. Maybe some wind jutsus as a genin, Kage Bunshin and maybe already a summoning contract around chunin exams with Toads from Jiraya's idea. Sooner or later Rasengan and Toad Oil Bullet. There will always be a space for FRS and Sage Mode in the future if Jiraya would propose that if the things would escalate quickly.

Lee's changing is much depending on who would teach him and who would be his teammate. Lee under someone else than Gai means improvement in the dressing style, even if he would learn some Gate moves from Gai.

Hmm rather have Lee and Gai together its cuz Lee is nothing without him.

Sasuke 100% playboy? A bit too much IMO. Especially that RtN Sasuke is 100% playboy, 0% ninja.
Most of Konoha 11 are way too different to be used, the only one who would truly benefit from RtN aspects is Hinata and maybe Choji and Ino. But mostly Hinata.
