Hinata needs a mixture of her RTN and Original but RTN dominating it most.
Naruto can have a sibling. Now that I think about it, Menma being one of the villains or not is a good thing or an awesome side protagonist, he uses Black Wind! FTW!
Also like I said before since Itachi stayed in Konoha with Sasuke wouldn't be Sasuke be slightly stronger than his original self? because he probably be training with Nii-san

What we need to show is each and every village and their situations that they are in whether its good or bad

I'm thinking about the first chapter be the forming of the team and later the team go on a mission and encounter ninja from other village invading their village.

Those invaders isn't an Akatsuki members, the misunderstanding cause by the Akatsuki make the other village on edge and they retaliating by invading other village and steal whatever that hold power.

^that will be a good start.

In some way the beginning story of my character is going in this direction - I shall continue with it and I will be ready to take on a mission that is Part 1 Plot related.

Well, I will have the first villain as a character, I guess. But I don't want him to die right away, so maybe he could just disappear after being beaten and reappear after?
I don't wanna spoil or anything, but I'm thinking of making him a Chaotic Neutral, after all. Like he obeys to Akatsuki yeah, but he knows he's being used and it's fine with him because he gets his fun in it.

The only thing that will be different if the character is OC or NPC. If its NPC they don't always start as Genin. The rest of the rules still follows.

Fame asked something I wonderred about. So, does that mean the villain would be weak at first? I can't make him that strong, but getting stronger by winning points?

Villain or Hero is up the player to choose. What side you are doesn't change your stat.
