Uchiha Madaras Character(s)

My characters are a team of 3 genin (Uchiha brothers/sisters) with their father as a very strong SAGE and ANBU. The father has a brother who is also a SAGE and who can use BLACK LIGHTNING and who is one of the top akatsuki members. Another character is from the same clan as Jūgo and has the same abilities and he is also one of akatsukis top members. I didn't give them any jutsus yet but I'll add them later as well as pictures of my characters. I have one question about Raiden: Is it okay if he has black lightning AND sage mode or only one of them?

Name: Itama Uchiha

[b]Bio: Itama is the 3rd child of Zaraki Uchiha, one of the strongest in the clan. Since he was a kid he trained hard with his siblings to become good shinobi. When he was 6 his mother got killed during a mission which is the reason why he started to hate shinobi that are not from konoha. He stopped his training for some time but after some time passed he continued with it and started wearing a mask that belonged to his father during his time as an ANBU. He also started to wear an outfit that not only showed the uchihas crest but also the symbol of Konoha.
Despite being a genin, he already has some experience with killing other shinobi. His sister always tries to stop him from doing so but she always feared that he could hurt her. His brother Hiruzen always says that Itama is going to stop being so violent once he faces a real opponent and not some fodder shinobi. Despite his great hate for foreigners, he always puts his clan and village above everything else.
Personality: Itama is very violent towards foreigners and would try anything to kill them. Towards his friends he is always very kind and is always ready to help someone.
Goals: Destroy everyone who is not from Konoha.

Bio: Hiruzen is the first child of Zaraki Uchiha and is probably his favorite child, due to their almost same personalities. He always loved to train with his father in the past and is very proud to be named after the 3rd Hokage. He often gets praised by his father and many others from the village. After his mother died he didn't care as much as the others about it and he started to love fighting even more as a way to get revenge.
Despite wanting revenge, he doesn't want to gain it through killing someone but rather through winning a fair battle. He always looks down on his brother Itama during their training sessions or during missions. Currently he mastered to use his sharingan and now gets privat lessons with his father to master fire release and become stronger.
Personality: Hiruzen is a generally happy person but his happiness comes from his desire to fight and become stronger. Despite his love to fight he doesn't really want to kill someone and only does so if he has to.
Goals: Become the strongest shinobi in the world.

Bio: Natsumi is the 2nd child of Zaraki Uchiha and was always the favourite child of her mother when she was still alive. She was always a very kind person which he got taught by her mother who was also very kind. She never really liked to train with her father but when her mother died she wanted to become stronger to be able to protect the ones that are close to her. Her father denied to train her which made her very sad but he then send her to someone else who would be able to teach her healing jutsus because these kind of techniques would fit her much better. Currently she is a good healer for her age.
Personality: Natsumi is a very kind person and is usually very happy but she gets easily sad if there is fight in which someone she likes is getting hurt.
Goals: Bring peace to the world.

Rank: ANBU squad leader(currently he is the leader of a genin team until he thinks they are ready to get someone else), (he is also a Sage)

Bio: Zaraki already became a genin at the age of 7 and a chuunin at 9. Once he became a jounin at the age of 12 he was already offered to become an ANBU bjt he wanted to continue fighting at his friends side. When he was 13 he was part of an unusually big team as the leader but his whole team got killed except for him. He then joined the ANBU under the condition that one of his missions will be to hunt down the ones who killed his team. The hokage agreed and his mission was succesfull. During his time in the ANBU he got a good relationship with the 3rd and also the 4th hokage who both taught him several techniques, even techniques that were original exclusive to the sarutobi clan. He then left the ANBU with 17 to learn Sage Mode, which was offered to him by the 3rd Hokage who saw Zarakis potential and knew a place to learn it.
When he was 19, Zaraki finally mastered Sage Mode and also met the love of his life, Masaki Uchiha. He returned to the ANBU and became a squad leader but didn't go on missions as often as he used to go because of his family. Zaraki also has a brother but Zaraki doesn't know what he does but he has a feeling that something bad is happening around his brother Raiden.
Personality: Zaraki is usually very calm which he often shows even during very hard battles. He loves to fight but his love for fighting goes beyond that of Hiruzen and he doesn't hesitate to kill someone.
Goals: Make Konoha the strongest village in the world.

Bio: Raiden is the younger brother of Zaraki. Raiden was always very jealous of his brother, due to his great skill. When he was 12 and his brother started to learn Sage Mode, his hate became very strong. Danzo knew that Raiden had high potential and started to train him, in the hope he would join ROOT, but once the training was finished, Raiden went away from konoha to also learn Sage Mode. At the age of 18 he finished with all of his training but instead of returning to Konoha he went around the world, where he would meet Yahiko at some point. After a long talk Raiden deceided to join Akatsuki. Now as an Akatsuki he returned to Konoha and was ordered to join Danzos ROOT. Unlike other root members, Raiden was allowed to act on his own because of his high rank within the akatsuki. Raiden also learned to use black lightning with the help of an akatsuki member in kumogakure.
Personality: Raiden is very quiet and has a deep hate towards his village, his clan and especially his brother.
Goals: Destroy Konoha. Make Akatsuki stronger.

Bio: RYU was found by Hanzo, when he was 12 years old. Because of his uncontrolled transformations he didn't know who he was and started train with hanzo. Over several years he mastered the controll over sage mode but he still sometimes lets himself lose controll if he faces a stronger opponent. Danzo never let him fight in huge battles because RYU was supposed to be a secret weapon. After Hanzo discovered the place where RYUs abilities come from (the Ryuchi Cave) he deceided to give him the name RYU.
Personality: RYU is a very violent person and wants to kill nis enemies at all costs. If an opponent is stronger than him, he always lets himself lose controll because he is muxh stronger that way.
Goals: Make his master(Hanzo) happy and kill everyone in his way.

Seriously, Uchiha Sage? And so many Uchihas... Why people can't think outside the box? Why Uchihas have to be evil guys all the time? Also: I do not think that Black Lightning would be that easy to get. I doubt that this is ability that can be learned outside of Kumo.

Well, I have read the thread but I didn't find any point that would speak against anything I wrote. About the Uchiha Sage: I think the problem sounds much clearer if you call it "sage with sharingan". It's not like he needs to use his sharingan with the sage mode 
About the many uchihas: Well, I just happen to think they are quite cool 
I don't know why they are always evil but I guess they just look like a typical evil guys with those black and red eyes I also thought about leaving out black lightning but these are only alpha/beta-characters so I thought I could leave the IDEA

The problem is - what Sage Mode? Uchihas weren't usually known for their massive chakra reserves, so it's rather doubtful that they will be able to handle it. Sage Mode isn't something in Uchiha style.
Also: making too many characters is rather bad idea, especially that you should play with genin character and you can't upgrade all of them. Also, there should be one thread for character, unless they have NPC-only purpose.
Zaraku is also a walking Mary Sue, sort of copy of Itachi, but with SM instead of MS. There is no logical explanation for Raiden to learn Sage Mode, except of wanting to make another Mary Sue.
Akatsuki members from different villages are supposed to not know each other. Not mentioning that Root and Akatsuki are not co-workers, so Raiden being allowed to do more because being part of Akatsuki is very wrong. Also, leaving Konoha without permission to learn Sage Mode, which most likely nobody knew about would be a straight missing-nin thing and Danzo wouldn't play with Akatsuki, he would just have the guy eliminated. Do not forget that sacrificing a shinobi's life for the sake of the village is Danzo's credo. And such missing-nin wouldn't have high value for Akatsuki, as he seem to be rather unstable.
Besides: only the highest ranked member of the Akatsuki in Konoha would know Yahiko and about Akatsuki. Raiden meeting Yahiko is rather...

Yeah, I guess that really doesn't fit them rrally much. When I gave them SM I totally forgot about all the effects of it and only thought of giving them a reason why they have the jutsus they have. Thats probably why they didn't seem that strong to me. I will not say anything about the rest of what you wrote because it's simply right....................... While creating these characters I already had some more ideas in my mind but the question is if it is ok to use the kaguya clan (kimimaro). If they are still alive in this rp I'd like to use them.

I asked this question to ShadowMoon, but given that Uchiha, Uzumaki, Senju clans are all OK, so most likely is Yuki and Kaguya clans. Though, while I can see Yuki Clan joining Kirigakure, Kaguya Clan is a bit different case.
And it's probably better to make a character from one of the bigger villages for now. As far as the OCs are, Konoha and Kiri have 2 approved characters each, Kumo have 2 waiting for correction, 3rd for Konoha and 1 character approved from Suna (me).
And you can make your own Clan, be it with KKG or Hiden Jutsus or no special thing at all (though it would be no fun).
If there is one thing I have learned: it's better to not allow fans of Uchiha to make Uchiha character, as they have tendency to overpower them

I already deceided to "create" the Hagoromo Clan from the latest chapter. Nothing is said about them so I guess it should be ok if I add all the information about them. Do you think it's ok if they become part of Suna?

Personally, I doubt that they would live there. Probably the best way to recognize country of origin, is to look at the design of their armor. The one of Hagoromo resembles current Flak Jacket used by Kumogakure, with Samurai-style shoulder pads. And even if they wouldn't be from Land of Fire (which is full of trees), I doubt that they would be from Land of Wind. Actually, I think that in Warring Clans Period, the fighting between clans rarely involved clans from different Lands.

[b]Bio: During their childhood, Itama and his twinbrother were both feared in their village because of their clan being known as very cruel and ruthless. They both were very lonely and because of that, didn't know how to interact with people outside of their clan. Almost all members of the clan are part of the ANBU and Itama and his brother also wanted to be ANBUs. After graduating in the academy, Itama and his brother both met their first friend, Shukakus Jinchuriki Gaara. Unlike other people they were not scared of gaara because he remembered them of their own clan. Through gaara, they were able to gain new friends (Temari, Kankuro). After finding these new friends, Hiruzen started to learn wind release because he thought it's very cool and Itama learned to use Lightning Release from his father.
Personality: Itama is a quite nice but shy person. Despite his untypically personality, the people in the village still fear him which makes him very sad. Itama also doesn't show any fear because of his cruel clan.
Goals: Finding many friends.

Most likely you didn't read bio of my character, but Gaara in AW isn't the bloodthirsty maniac he was in canon version thanks to him.
And what's with you and naming your character "Hiruzen"? It's not even make sense why he have the same name as previous Hokage, given that the villages are not on good terms with other.

I did read the bio but I thought the people were afraid of shukaku and not that much of his personality. I thought gaara changed but the fear of him remained.

This sound like they befriended Gaara because he is a ruthless and cruel person. Which he isn't.
And a ruthless reputation isn't something that would make them fear them. Far from fear. It's not that they wield unstable power capable to destroy the village.

No, they befriended gaara despite knowing that he is shukakus jimchuuriki.
They don't need power that is capable to destroy the village. They are just people that would do anything to achieve their goals, no matter how cruel or violent it may be and they would even sacrifice the life of others to do so.

Name: Isshin Yami
Gender: male

Hidden Village: Sunagakure

[b]Bio: During their childhood, Isshin and his twinbrother were both very lonely because most parents didn't want their children to spend time with them. This came from the Yami clans reputation of being a ruthless and cruel clan that would do everything to reach their goals, which they often proved in the past. The people knew that their children wouldn't be in danger but they wanted their children to not become like the yami clan. Almost all members of the clan are part of the ANBU and Isshin and his brother also wanted to be ANBUs. After graduating in the academy, Isshin and his brother both met their first friends, Temari, Kankuro and Gaara. Their father, the kazekage, is one of the people that is the closest to the Yami clan and knew that there was nothing to worry about. They started to spend much time with their new friends and through training together with them they started to gain interest in their techniques. Isshin started to learn wind release from Temari but didn't master it yet to use itbin battle. After reaching the age of 16, he and his brother started to receive special training from their father to learn the most secret techniques of their clan.
Personality: Isshin doesn't have as much of the yami clans personality as his brother. He also hates people that are not from Sunagakure but he isn't really aggressive. He is usually laid back and calm and is always happy to meet new friends as long as they are from Sunagakure.
Goals: Becoming Kazekage
Jutsu:
[B-Rank] Heavens View
A genjutsu that takes controll of an enemys genjutsu (only usable if the user is under a genjutsu). Once Heavens View is succesfull the user can walk around freely while the caster of the other genjutsu is still in his own genjutsu.

[C-Rank] Summoning Technique
In Isshins case he can either summon his swords or shuriken/kunai.
[C-Rank] Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique
A genjutsu that allows one to trick others into mistaking the place they're in for another. This technique's main feature is that it can be cast over an extensive surface, therefore any and all who step into the illusion's area of effect will fall under the spell. That said, it might not work so well on people who are well-versed or otherwise skilled in genjutsu.
[C-Rank] Manipulating Attack Blades
A shuriken technique that involves aiming a barrage of kunai at one precise spot. The user releases chakra from his hand over an area within which he can maintain the kunai in suspension. As a result, the enemy may be blindsided and denied any escape route at the same time. With a simple hand movement, the user is able to fire all the kunai at once.
[D-Rank] Body Flicker Technique
The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. [2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination
[D-Rank] Manipulated Shuriken Technique
With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
[D-Rank] Shadow Shuriken Technique
It's a simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.
[D-Rank] Temporary Paralysis Technique
A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. Bio: During their childhood, Juha and his twinbrother were both very lonely because most parents didn't want to spend their children to spend time with them. This came from the Yami clans reputation of being a ruthless and cruel clan that would do everything to reach their goals, which they often proved in the past. The people knew that their children wouldn't be in danger but they wanted their children to not become like the yami clan. Almost all members of the clan are part of the ANBU and Juha and his brother also wanted to be ANBUs. After graduating in the academy, Juha and his brother both met their first friends, Temari, Kankuro and Gaara. Their father, the kazekage, is one of the people that is the closest to the Yami clan and knew that there was nothing to worry about. They started to spend much time with their new friends and through training together with them they started to gain interest in their techniques. Juha started to learn the puppet technique from kankuro and mastered it a quite good level. After reaching the age of 16, he and his brother started to receive special training from their father to learn the most secret techniques of their clan.
Personality: Juha has the typical personality of a yami clan member. He is quite aggressive and quite rude towards people he doesn't know. He also hates everyone who is not from sunagakure
Goals: Becoming a very strong Ninja and becoming the Kazekage.

The user can cast a genjutsu that creates an illusionary hell. Very good against people that are stupid or mentally unstable.
[B-Rank] Mechanical Light Seal Block
This chakra shield can be installed in any puppet. A mechanism inside the puppet opens its arms into a couple of segments, through which the user radiates their chakra. The chakra spreads out like a thin film and turns into a protective sheet, blocking all physical attacks and some techniques.
[C-Rank] Puppet Technique
The Puppet Technique is a unique ninjutsu fighting style; this technique uses chakra threads to control puppets like marionettes. Any number of chakra threads can be used to control a puppet, but users with more skill can use fewer strings per puppet.
[C-Rank] Thousand Hands Manipulating Force
From any of Juha's puppet's left arm opens several compartments. These compartments are prepared with summoning seals in them, which calls forth a large number of long puppet arms that can bend and follow the opponent, then crush them with devastating force. The arms are modified with launchers, which can emit poison gas, binding wires with a kunai-anchor, or regular kunai.
Juha can detach the entire left arm (with the thousand arms) to regain mobility for the puppet, and a new arm takes it's place.
[C-Rank] Summoning Technique
In Juha's case he can summon his puppets.
[C-Rank] Manipulating Attack Blades
A shuriken technique that involves aiming a barrage of kunai at one precise spot. The user releases chakra from his hand over an area within which he can maintain the kunai in suspension. As a result, the enemy may be blindsided and denied any escape route at the same time. With a simple hand movement, the user is able to fire all the kunai at once.
[D-Rank] Body Flicker Technique
The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. [2] To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalise the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination
[D-Rank] Manipulated Shuriken Technique
With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
[D-Rank] Shadow Shuriken Technique
It's a simple technique where two shuriken, like the Fūma Shuriken, are piled one onto another and thrown simultaneously. However, depending on the way it's used, it can prove its absolute efficiency. The trick is to somehow draw the enemy's attention towards the upper shuriken. Then, they have to deal with the path of the lower, unnoticed shuriken. However, if the enemy notices both shuriken, the technique ends up losing all of its efficiency.

A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes.
